The Composite Caregiving Questionnaire (CCQ)
The CCQ is a 42-item questionnaire completed by caregivers of children aged 0 to 6 years. It measures five parenting constructs that are important in reducing attachment insecurity and promoting attachment security in young children.

CCQ Online version
We’ve made it easy for your clients to complete the CCQ online and for clinicians to obtain a report on your client’s results.
Please refer to the instructions below for how to obtain your client report.
Instructions for accessing and administering the CCQ Online
Setting up:
Visit the CCQ page here: http://ccq.healthyattachmentanz.org or via the button below.
Click on Manual to open the CCQ manual in a new window– download and save this as you will need it to understand the CCQ, interpret scores, etc.
Start the assessment:
Select Click to Begin to launch the CCQ
Enter the caregiver ID and assessment time point (baseline or follow-up)
Click Submit and hand the device to caregiver.
Caregiver completes the questionnaire:
At the end, your client will see a screen to notify you that they are finished.
Accessing results:
On the final screen select “Click Here for Administrator Portal”
The system will prompt you for a password to access the results. Submit the following password ccq to retrieve the client's scores.
Record the scores and/or use the appropriate buttons to save data to a *.csv or *.pdf file on the local computer. The file will save to the requested location (i.e., a “Save” dialogue box will appear).
Click the Delete Data button to delete any locally cached data before starting a new session, or to clear data from the previous session.
