      <image:caption>Friday 1st May 2026 9.30-11am (90 mins) HAANZ Inc. members register here Dr Alice Dwyer is the Medical Director, Parent-Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, at Tresillian, Australia's largest early parenting service. She is a psychiatrist with over a decade's experience in perinatal, infant and early childhood mental health.  Dr Philip Keightley is a perinatal and consultation-liaison psychiatrist working in Canberra Health Services, and a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University. Alongside his colleagues he has established a Mother-Infant Dialectical Behavior Therapy service, now in its fourth year, for mothers with significant emotional dysregulation and diagnoses such as complex PTSD and borderline personality disorder. The objectives of this 90 minute webinar are to: 1. Understand practical, attachment-informed strategies that support emotion regulation in parents 2. Explore key practices of Mother-Infant Dialectic Behavioural Therapy that can be used to strengthen the parent–child relationship 3. Use the therapeutic relationship to model and repair attachment processes 4. Describe the therapeutic use of dialectics in therapy 5. Practical ways to optimise childcare services that support secure attachment.</image:caption>
